For those who wishes to understand my T.O.S asap, but it is recommended and necessary to read the entire T.O.S fully when you have the time before owning a design.✿✿✿Q: Can I do anything to a design?A: Yes, you can! Unless it is for commercial purposes, you can do anything you like with the design AS LONG as you do not use it to harm others.✿✿✿Q: Can you revoke a design I got from you?A: Never, this is absolutely illegal. Instead, I will be the one revoking my Creator Credits if someone ever uses a design they got from me to harm others, such as for homophobia, pedophilia, racism, etc.Special Case: If it ever gets to the point that the design still affects me negatively (such as getting harassed or the design negatively affecting my rep) even after revoking my Creator Credits, I'll have to take the design away permanently.✿✿✿Q: Why is Commercial Use different?A: Basically you can mass produce an object with the Design on it with the intent of reselling the object (mainly merch) or anything that allows you to make lots of money off of it, but isn't the same as reselling as you would still be keeping the character but selling images of them.✿✿✿Q: Can I trade it to everyone?A: You are able to, but giving a Design to someone from my blacklist will result in a blacklist itself. Please do not trade the design to anti-LGBT, racist, zoophilias/pedophilias, etc.✿✿✿Q: Can I sell a traded design I got?A: You can, but I recommend doing it after putting a lot of value in currency or fair personal artwork, this is to be just and fair if the previous owner you traded with paid for the design. Please ask the previous owner if you can sell them first.✿✿✿Q: Can I sell/trade the design through other sites?A: You can! But anything than Amino or somewhere not much people can reach, as the design can get lost there and I won't be able to find it.✿✿✿Q: Can I draw NSFW of a design I got from you?A: You can if you are 18+ as well as the DESIGN, as I do not know what age someone may put after getting a design from me. If someone makes my design underage for the sake of drawing them in NSFW, roleplay in NSFW, or use them in any NSFW after making them underage, I will be revoking my Creator Credits.✿✿✿
♡ Payment and Processes ♡
❥Payment will only be through PayPal Invoices unless stated otherwise.✿✿✿❥I accept short payment plans for one to three months or so depending on private negotiating and that you are sure you will be able to fully buy it.✿✿✿❥If you are to cancel your payment plan or ghost me in anyway, you are not guaranteed a REFUND from your payment plan.I've had many people ghost me in payment plans so this has been updated into my t.o.s as of 23.2.2024✿✿✿❥I will give you 48 hours to pay the invoice. If you have failed to pay within 48 hours, your offer will be forfeited.✿✿✿❥I do not allow REFUNDS under any circumstances for Designs & Adopts. Once you have bought the adopt, it is yours. You may however, resell it.✿✿✿❥I accept delays of payment if your reasons are valid, however continously delaying payment and unvalid reasons will result of your offer being forfeited, please only offer if you can buy it, thank you.✿✿✿❥Please do note that refunds are not possible after payment, please make sure that you are 100% certain of wanting to commission me. I will guarantee that I will get your artwork done.I will only refund you if I have failed to communicate with you for 3 months by not replying or ghosting.All funds are sent directly to my schooling, family necessities, and medical bills so it is difficult for me to refund.✿✿✿

I do NOT TOLERATE or ACCEPT any form of harassments against these people. Please do not harass or attack them in any shape or form, and please do not ask me what they have done.These users are listed here so you can know who are banned from owning my designs. I will only be labelling some as SCAMMERS to spread awareness, if you would like proof I can send a link regarding information about them. ❥Payments are sent only on PayPal through invoices and are paid only on
USD or PHP (Prefer).✿✿✿❥I require upfront payment in order to work on the commission and secure your slot.✿✿✿❥Full refund is possible if I have not started on your commission. Once I started your commission and its on the line, I can no longer accept refunds.✿✿✿❥Please be patient upon waiting on your commission as my life tends to give me a lot of problems and my mental state is unstable as I have been diagnosed of Bipolar Disorder. Thank you for understanding. 💖✿✿✿❥In terms of YCHs, buying a slot means no backing out of it, however, I can do a hold for a month or so if negotiated. This is to prevent scammers and blocks on my schedule.✿✿✿❥Please wait if a refund ever occurs, as I tend to transfer it to my mother's bank account immediately as we mainly use the money for bills and groceries ASAP.✿✿✿❥(2.2.2021) I have been seeing a lot of charge backs from artists getting scammed lately, so as an attempt to possibly not freeze the PayPal acc I'm using, CHARGE BACKS are not acceptable unless you have informed me and we have discussed it. Charge backs without informing me is a void of my T.O.S. and is a THIEF OF SERVICES.✿✿✿
♡ T.O.S For Designs ♡
❥You may resell, trade, and gift the design to only those outside of my blacklist. If you ever give my designs to a blacklisted person, you will be blacklisted as well.✿✿✿❥You may only resell it at the price that you have bought it or lower.✿✿✿❥You may edit the design as long as it is recognizable and you have kept the file for future owner(s)!✿✿✿❥You may change the color, species, gender, edit, make adjustments to the design, as long as you credit the artist and keep the original design file.✿✿✿❥You can transform them as a CS with a MYO.✿✿✿❥Please do not sell my designs and adopts through AMINO or for virtual currency. They may possibly get lost.✿✿✿❥If you got my design through a trade, you can only trade it or gift it. If you got my design through buying it, you can resell, trade, and gift it. You can only resell a traded design if you put/added more currency or artworks.✿✿✿❥If you commisioned me for a custom design and you pointed out that I have missed an important detail, this change will be absolutely free! However, bigs changes or changes that are left not clearly informed or have forgotten to tell me will have charges. (This does not apply on sketch stages! Changes on sketch stages are free but beyond that will have fees)✿✿✿Thankfully though for the last part, I love to talk into lots of details for a custom design, so you can speak out your ideas as much as you like. 💖✿✿✿
♡ T.O.S For Bases ♡
❥You are allowed to make Customs and Adoptables from my bases.✿✿✿❥You are allowed to use my bases in Commissions such as for Reference Sheets.✿✿✿❥You are allowed to only create FREE ADD-ONs for my bases and are not allowed to sell add-ons in any shape or form.✿✿✿❥You are allowed to price your Adopts, Customs, Commissions, and so on accordingly to your own liking! ♡✿✿✿❥My Bases are only available in PDF and .IPV (Ibispaint)✿✿✿❥Credits is needed if you are to use my base in any shape or form, thank you!IG: @roxxiedarlinxx
